ABOUT
A campaign for fashion brand Koradior, starring Miranda Kerr with stills by photographer Russell James. We produced two edits from the shoot: the main campaign film and a behind-the-scenes piece following how Russell approached photographing Miranda.
APPROACH
On a set like this the motion crew works around the stills, not the other way round. We shot the campaign edit inside Russell's setups without slowing him down, then turned the camera on the process itself for the BTS. The second edit needed its own arc, so we built it around Russell's way of working rather than cutting together loose offcuts.
IMPACT
Koradior got a campaign film and a second piece of content from the same shoot, and the BTS gives the campaign a longer life by showing the craft behind it. For us it shows we can operate inside a high-end fashion production, alongside name talent on both sides of the camera, without getting in the way.
