We collect names, contact details and likenesses where a job requires it, and we handle releases and consent separately for each production under the arrangements agreed with the client.
We do not collect sensitive information as defined in the Privacy Act unless a specific job requires it and you have agreed to provide it.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Accounts holding client data use multi-factor authentication where the platform supports it, and access to production files is limited to the people working on the job.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to deal with the enquiry and any work that follows. Financial and business records are kept for seven years, as Australian tax law requires. Production files and footage are retained under the terms agreed with the client for that job.
When we no longer need personal information and are not required to keep it, we delete or de-identify it.

If you appear in work we have produced and want to discuss its use, contact us. Where we hold the rights and there is no overriding contractual or legal reason to keep using the material, we will work with you on it. Where the client holds the rights, we will put you in touch with them.
